All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Physical Orders Only)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, please contact us at

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and original packaging
If an error occurred on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
