All orders require 2–8 business days for processing.
Processing includes:
• Order verification
• Quality inspection
• Packaging
• Preparation for shipment or local delivery
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Altogether, processing + delivery can take 5–14 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

🛍 LOCAL DELIVERY & PICK UP
We offer local delivery and pick up for select items.
How It Works:
• If local delivery or pick-up appears at checkout, the item is in our local inventory.
• If those options do not appear, the item will be shipped directly and is not available for same-day or pick-up.
Same-Day Local Delivery – $10
Available only for select in-stock items.
Please message us BEFORE placing your order to confirm same-day availability.
📦 DIRECT VENDOR SHIPMENT
Some items ship directly from our vendors.
These items will show shipping only at checkout.
Vendor-shipped items typically arrive in 2–10 business days after processing.
🔎 TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to populate.
