How Pre Orders Work
    1.    You place your order.
Orders must be placed by the date listed on the product page to be included in that pre order batch.
    2.    We order from our vendor.
Once the pre-order period for that item closes, we place the order and the vendor processes and ships your items to us.
    3.    We ship or arrange pick-up.
As soon as we receive your items, we check them for quality, pack them beautifully, and either ship them directly to you or contact you to arrange local pick up.

Processing & Shipping Times

We separate processing time from delivery time so you know exactly what to expect.
    •    Processing Time: 2-8 business days after the pre-order period closes
    •    Shipping Time: 2-4 business days with USPS or UPS
    •    Total Estimated Time: 5-14 business days from the pre-order closing date
